He began his career in the late 1980s, moved to Minnesota in 2001, and earned certifications in Navien, Rinnai, Lochinvar, Uponor, and Viega systems. To us, plumbing means more than fixing pipes, because careful, hands-on work requires patience, precision, and respect for the home or business we serve. James founded James Walker Plumbing LLC in 2009 and served customers throughout the Twin Cities until 2018.

After managing hotel renovations across the United States, leading other commercial projects, and working as a field service manager, he returned to his own company. Family sits at the center of our next chapter. James and his wife, Amelia, are proud parents of two daughters, Adrienne and Emily, and their son, James, plans to follow his father into the plumbing trade after graduating from Farmington High School.
